Heat 2 cups EDENSOY, honey and vanilla (if using) in a saucepan. Add
dissolved kudzu and cook until mixture thickens. Great as a dessert
filling, with fruit, or as a quick pudding. Variation: Add 2
teaspoons of finely grated lemon zest and mix in well.
Cooking Time: 5 minutes Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: 4 servings
