Line a 16 x 9 inch glass baking dish with 5 pie crusts. Crust will
overlap and should cover bottom and sides of dish. Mix peaches and
their juices with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla,
lemon juice and walnuts. Pour mixture into baking dish. Cut one pie
crust into strips and decorate the top of the dish. Place in an oven
that has been heated to 350 deg f. Bake for one hour, or until top is
brown and sides are beginning to brown. Makes about 10 servings.
