Combine remaining ingredients in order shown. After cake has cooled
slightly, spread with cocoa mixture. Place in broiler with surface of
cake about 4 inches from heat source. Broil until frosting bubbles.
WATCH CAREFULLY to avoid scorching. Yield: One 8-inch square cake
