Combine butter, shortening and sugar, creaming until light and
fluffy; add vanilla. Work in flour and coconut gradually until well
blended. Form 2 rolls; chill in refrigerator overnight. Heat oven to
275 F. Slice dough 1/4-inch thick. Slices may be cut in fancy shapes.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
