In a glass mixing bowl, mash up strawberries. Add and mix well
together; water, sugar, corn starch, and food coloring. Microwave on
high for 5 to 6 min. or until thickened & clear, stirring often. Then
stir in 2 c. whole fresh strawberries, pour into prepared pie crust
and chill for 2 hours, or until set. Serve with whipped cream or ice
cream.
