1 tsp butter 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/3 c corn flakes
(Nut'n Honey flakes are great), crushed to
1/4 c 1 1/3 c vanilla ice cream

Melt butter in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar
and cinnamon; blend well. Stir in cereal. Form ice cream into 4
balls. Roll in cereal mixture to coat. Cover, freeze. Let stand at
room temperature a few minutes before serving.

Serves: 4
