Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Put the dried fruit, rasins and water in a shallow baking dish.
Place in oven and bake 1 1/2 hours. Remove from the oven and stir in
the honey, being careful not to tear the fruit.
Slice the lemon and orange. Gently stir into the cooked fruit.
Return to the oven and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve hot or cold.
