1 qt Half and Half; plus
3 c Half and Half
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt
Rock salt
Ice cream freezer
Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt. Mix together.
Freeze in ice cream freezer Yield 2.5 quarts.
