Combine honey, sugar, lemon juice and rind from the lemon. Beat
in egg. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add citron and
nuts and let stand one day (covered). Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick
and cut into fancy shapes. Bake on buttered cookie sheet in
400 degree oven until browned.
