Mr Food's Noodle Pudding Directions

*Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish
with vegetable oil spray. Prepare the noodles according to package
directions; drain, rinse and drain again. *In a large bowl, with an
electric beater on medium speed beat the eggs, sour cream, sugar,
cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined. *With a spoon, stir
in applesauce, raisins, and noodles. Pour into the prepared dish,
and bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until center is set and the sides
and tops are lightly browned.

362mg sodium
