Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and saut#
onions, Old Bay seasoning and salt over low heat for 15 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Drain. Add milk and stir in eggs. Pour
mixture in pie shell; top with parsley and bacon. Bake for 50 minutes
until done.
