MIX IN A SMALL PAN

1 cup hot water
2/3 cup oatmeal cook gently for 5-6 minutes

ADD

1 tbsp raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sunflower seeds

SERVE WITH

1/4 cup milk or yogurt (low-fat)

Using Thyme:
Both the leaves and flowers of the thyme plant are used and are available either fresh or dried. Thyme adds a flavor that’s a little bit minty and a little bit lemony. Uses of thyme include beef, fish, chowders, vegetables and tomato sauces
