Using Rosemary:

Rosemary is an excellent herb to be used with beef, lamb, fish, poultry, stuffings, fruit cups, vegetables and marinades. Rosemary carries a very bold, piney and perfumy flavor so remember: A little goes a long way.

Dijon Tofu Dip Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until
smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.

HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well
in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
