1/2 c buttermilk
1 ts garlic -- minced
1 ts red onion -- minced
1 TB fresh lime juice
1 ts cayenne
: salt
: freshly ground black pepper
Combine the sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, onion, lime juice, and
cayenne. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. May be prepared 1
day ahead and refrigerated.
Makes 1/2 cup
