Note: Please use the best available grade of water. Dissolve the
sugar in just enough good water or distilled water to dissolve it.
Boil to form a heavy syrup. Allow mixture to cool. Add the vodka
slowly, stirring well to mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
