Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce. In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs,
egg beaters, onion, garlic powder, oregano and remaining tomato
sauce. Shape into a 4 x 9 inch loaf. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at
375 deg f for 30 minutes. Spread remaining tomato sauce over the top.
Bake another 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches
165 deg f. Makes 8 servings. Each serving = 215 calories, 179 mg
sodium, 53 mg chol, 9 g fat, 1 g dietary fat. Percent of calories
from fat = 38%
