Using Oregano:
Only the leaves are used of the oregano plant available in both fresh and dried. Oregano, which is a classic addition to Italian food, also adds a robust and pungent flavor to stews, soups, fish, lamb, pork, vegetables and vinegars.







Mushroom Quiche Directions

Preheat oven 375 F. Place pastry in quiche pan or shallow casserole
dish. Make holes in bottom of pastry with fork. Trim sides of pastry
to fit pan. Using pastry rush, spread Dijon onto crust bottom and
sides. Add Gruyere then mushrooms. To eggs, whisk in half and half,
paprika and nutmeg. Pour into shell. Bake 1 hr.
