1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 ts Lemon juice
1 ts Dried minced onion
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Hard-cooked eggs -- chopped
1/2 c Finely chopped celery
: Lettuce leaves or bread
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill. For each serving, spoon
about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
