Shrimp Quiche Ingredients

1 can crescent rolls (8 oz.)
1 tbsp parmesan cheese (or more)
2 cup monterey jack cheese, cubed
2 each eggs, slightly beaten
1 salt & pepper to taste
2 can shrimp (4 1/2 oz.)
2 tsp green onions, chopped or
2 tsp parsley, chopped

If raisins are dried out or sugary, put them in a heat-proof container and cover them with boiling water. Let them stand for approximately 5 minutes, drain and pat dry. This process will plump up the raisins.

Shrimp Quiche Directions

Place 5 dinner rolls in pie pan. Press out inpan to form thin
crust. Combine remaining ingreds., pour into crust. Roll out
remaining rolls, cut into strips, twist for lattice and place on top.

Bake 50-60 min. at 325 F.

NOTE: For Ham Quiche, substitute 2 c. Swiss cheese and 8 or 9 oz.
of either deviled ham or 1/2 c. of chopped, cooked ham.

Serves: 1
