Cook ziti and drain. Combine Ricotta or cottage cheese, Mozzarella,
Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Layer ziti, cheese
mixture and tomato sauce in 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole, starting and
ending with sauce. Bake at
350 degrees for 40 minutes.
