6 small hot chile peppers, (serrano, etc),, minced
2 stalks celery, minced
1 large sweet red pepper, minced
1 large sweet green pepper, minced
2 medium leeks, minced
6 green onions, minced
1 cup minced parsley
1/3 cup minced cilantro
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp savory
