Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla, beating well.
Blend into flour mixture. Fold in apples and nuts and pour into 2
greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done.
Males 2 loaves.
