2 tsp nonfat dried milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp applesauce
1/2 cup canned/chopped apples
1 tbsp concentrated apple juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp yogurt,plain, non-fat
2 tsp molasses
1/4 cup oats
2 tsp yeast
