Whip egg whites stiff and add 1/2 of the sugar. Beat egg yolks til
thick and add rest of sugar, cold water, vanilla and salt. Fold egg
yolk mixture into egg white. Slowly add flour and baking powder and
pour batter into oblong pan. Bake at 375 for 12-15 min. Beginning at
narrow end, roll up in a tea towel and allow to cool. Spread w/
whipped cream topped w/ fresh cut strawberries. Flute top w/ whipped
cream and decorate w/ mint leaves and fresh strawberries... EXCELLANT!
