Chunky Avocado Soup Ingredients

1 pared small cucumber seeded
1 and chopped
1 can (7-oz) corn kernels drained
1 chopped tomato
1 seeded and minced jalapeno
1 pepper
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/8 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 avocados (1-lb) pared
1 halved and pitted
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth

Chunky Avocado Soup Directions

In 6 cup serving bowl place first 7 ingredients. In food processor,
rpocess avocados, milk and broth until smooth. Pour into bowl. Press
plastic wrap against top of soup; chill at least 2 hours. Soup will
discolor upon exposure to air.
