50 g 2 oz dried, no soak prunes
1 chopped
50 g 2 oz dried no soak apricots,
1 chopped
50 g 2 oz dried no soak peaches
1 chopped
50 g 2 oz raisins.
100 g 4 oz almonds
45 ml 3 tbsp water.
