Makes 4 dozen
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Cream fist six
ingredients together. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cream of
tartar together and add to creamed mixture along with nuts. Make
1-inch balls and place 1-inch apart on baking sheet.
Bake 10-15 minutes until cookies are light brown on bottom. Cool
slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
