Make a syrup by combining water & sugar in a non-corrosive pot &
bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & let cool.
Peel & puree the mangoes. Strain them through a fine sieve. Combine
all the ingredients & freeze following instructions for making Lemon
Sorbet.
