Cook apples in cider until tender. Run through blender to make
pulp. Cook until thick enough to round up on spoon. As pulp thickens
stir frequently to prevent sticking. Add sugar & spices, cook slowly
stirring frequently about 1 hr. or until thick. Seal in jars &
process in hot water bath about 10 minutes. Yields about 5 pints.
