Cobbler In a mixing bowl, mix pecans, sugar, and cake mix until well
mixed. In a glass cake pan, or teflon pan, spread peaches evenly in
bottom of pan, spread cake mix evenly over the top of peaches, dot
with pats of butter evenly. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven
until golden brown (about 1 hour).
Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream.
Serves: 4
