1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine Master Mix, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl.
3. Blend in margarine and bananas until smooth.
4. Fold in beaten egg whites and walnuts.
5. Turn into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan that has been brushed with
margarine.
6. Bake for 50-60 mins or until a cake tester inserted in center
comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 mins, turn onto rack, and cool completely.
