Nutty Mango Bread Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 3x7 inch loaf pans. Blend
mango puree, oil, eggs, vanilla, and orange peel. Sift flour, baking
powder, and salt. Add sugar and spices. Combine mango mixture with
dry ingredients, stir in raisins, nuts, and coconut. Fill pans almost
full with mixture. Bake for one hour. Date: Mon, 14 Mar 94 16:14:41
