In a measuring cup, combine orange juice, lemon juice, salt and
nutmeg; set aside. In a 1 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt
butter. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is
thickened. This sauce is very good on baked fish or chicken. From:
