Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, and
sugar. Stir until dissolved. Arrange peaches in mold. Add gelatin.
Chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream. If desired, apples,
plums, and other canned fruits may be substituted for the peaches. 6
servings.
