Pare and slice peaches in thin slices. Make syrup using 2 c. sugar, 1
c. water, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, color a pale pink. Cool syrup, add
peaches. Put ice cream in sherbet glasses and cover with peach
mixture. Serves 8.
