Rose Levy Bernbaum's Tandoori Marinade Ingredients
FOR POULTRY, LAMB, SEAFOOD
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 medium garlic cloves, qtrd.
1 tsp ginger root, minced
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
Rose Levy Bernbaum's Tandoori Marinade Directions
Sprinkle the food to be marinated with lemon and lime juice. Combine
the remaining ingredients in the container of a food processor.
Process until smooth. Makes about 3/4 cup
