Sour Curry Paste Ingredients
10 each dried red chilies, soaked, - seeded, & chopped
1 1/2 tbsp lemon grass, chopped
3 tbsp shallots, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Sour Curry Paste Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend into a
paste.
