"When treasures are recipes they are less clearly, less distinctly remembered than when they are tangible objects. They evoke however quite as vivid a feeling-that is, to some of use who, considering cooking an art, feel that a way of cooking can produce something that approaches an aesthetic emotion. Crunchy Chicken

Food Tip
Keep the hot foods hot and the cold foods cold. Use chafing dishes or other heated servers which keep already hot foods at a temperature of at least 140F. Do not leave high-risk foods out for longer than 2 hours. Make sure to stir the food frequently if the heating source does not cover the entire bottom of the dish. Cold foods should be set on ice. Never mix fresh food with foods that have already been out for serving.

Crunchy Chicken Directions

Place stuffing mix in a food processor and process until fine crumbs;
combine with cheese. Dip boneless and skinless chicken breasts into
margarine, then into stuffing-cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet.
Drizzle any leftover margarine over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 1
hour, or until done.

Serves: 4
