Food Tip |
Place stuffing mix in a food processor and process until fine crumbs;
combine with cheese. Dip boneless and skinless chicken breasts into
margarine, then into stuffing-cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet.
Drizzle any leftover margarine over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 1
hour, or until done.
