Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Mix coconut and cornflakes. Heat
butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip bread in egg mixture, then
in corn flakes mixture. Brown in skillet until light golden on both
sides, turning once. Serve with maple syrup.
