Brown meat in microwave. Drain fat and set aside. Blend milk, mayo,
eggs and cornstarch until smooth (I use my Cuisinart). Stir in meat,
cheese, onion, and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in 350~ oven
35 to 40 minutes or until golden on top and knife inserted in center
comes out clean. Serves 6.
