Omitting the bread, blend the remaining ingredient in a food processor
until smooth. Pour into a shallow pan or bowl.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Oil it
lightly. place bread in the bowl containing the fruit mixture & turn
gently severla times until it is well coated. Place in the skillet &
drizzle with any leftover mixture. Cook until lightly cooked on both
sides.
