1 1/2 lb. margarine
2 1/2 lb. whole wheat flour
3 oz baking powder
3/4 oz baking soda
12 oz egg
6 oz honey
14 oz golden raisins
10 oz walnuts
1 3/4 lb. yogurt
22 3/4 oz orange
Cut margarine into whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add remaining ingredients and lightly combine to incorporate on 1st
speed of 3-speed mixer. Place dough on floured surface and roll even
2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place scones on a paper-lined or
oiled sheetpan. Bake at 350 degrees F 12-15 minutes.
