Rub the chicken pieces with lemon. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ginger and
salt. Combine oil, honey, and the remaining ginger. Brush chicken with
honey mixture. Roast in oven (350 deg) 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting
occasionally with the honey mixture.
