medium-sized saucepan, bring the water and broccoli to a boil,
seperating the broccoli pieces with a fork. Reduce the heat to low
and stir in the cheese cubes. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in
the rice, cover, and remove from the heat. Allow t Note: You could

your hand. You could mix in some cooked chicken, meat, or sausage for
a complete meal. Or you could even put it into a casserole dish and
brown it in the oven.
