2 can tuna, drained and flaked
1 can pineapple tidbits (reserve liquid), (9 oz)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp msg or lemon juice
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup water
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 cooked rice

Tuna Luau Directions

Put tuna into skillet. Add liquid from pineapple, sugar, cornstarch,
MSG, vinegar and mustard, and water. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Simmer 10 minutes, then add pineapple and green pepper strips, and
simmer another 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
