Combine all ingredients - except bread and Pam in a shallow bowl.
Dip each bread slice in Egg Beaters until coated evenly. Set aside.
Spray pan with Pam and heat on medium heat. Place 2 slices of
bread in pan at a time and cook until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, wash and hull strawberries. Blend berries with apple
juice until pureed. Pour over toast and serve immediately.
