1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz tomato sauce. w/onions
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard

Keep the hot foods hot and the cold foods cold. Use chafing dishes or other heated servers which keep already hot foods at a temperature of at least 140F. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. Shape
into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce. Pour
