4 beef bouillon cubes
1 salt, pepper and garlic salt or gar, lic to taste

Edie's Steak Soup (M_C-Tx) Directions

In dutch oven size pan melt margarine. Add flour and stir until
smooth. Add 2 cups water, stir until smooth. Add 3 cups more water,
carrots, celery,potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon cubes,
salt, pepper and garlic. In separate pan brown meat and cook onion.
Drain. Add to dutch oven. Simmer
1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.

Serves: 8
