Preheat oven to 450. Combine herbs, salt and pepper. Brush meat
with oil and roll in herb mixture.
Roast pork 15 min. Reduce temperature to 375 and continue cooking
until thermometer inserted into center of meat registers 155 degrees,
about 45 min.
Let sit 10 min. before slicing.
