Dice beef in small cubes. In large stock pot, sautee
beef and onions until beef is half cooked. Stir in
potatoes, spices, and drained garbanzo beans. Add
boullion, and cook for a few minutes. Add dry rice
and 8 cups water. Stir well. Allow to come to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Cook until rice is tender.
(30-45 minutes).
Serves: 8
